Have a story you want to bring to life? This brief creative consultation is an opportunity to share your story, concept, characters, and vision. We'll discuss your idea and explore how it could be developed into a cinematic film using AI filmmaking.

This consultation is for creative discussion and direction. Film production is quoted separately based on the project's scope.

The $197 consultation covers your consultation only. Bringing your project to the screen requires additional production fees. Pricing is based on the type and scope of content you're providing, and is determined during your consultation.

How it works

A brand deal consultation is a working session to see where your brand could fit: a product on screen, a prop in a key scene, a character's choice, or an activation around a premiere or launch.

It's a consultation, not a guaranteed placement. Every integration has to serve the story.

Consultation policy

This policy is being finalized with legal counsel and may be updated before booking opens.

Booking fee

The $197 consultation booking fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable. It covers one consultation for the person or brand named on the booking.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation up to two times, provided you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Missed consultations

If you miss a consultation without rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance, it counts as one reschedule, and you may rebook if you have a reschedule remaining. Once both reschedules have been used, a missed or cancelled consultation forfeits the booking and no consultation is owed.

Transfers

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person, brand, or service type.

Production fees

The consultation fee covers the consultation only. Producing a film or other content requires additional production fees. Pricing is based on the type and scope of content, including feature films, short films, short stories, television and limited series, web series, documentaries, reality projects, short-form series, and music videos, and is determined during your consultation.

Cast photoshoot

Every production includes a mandatory professional cast photoshoot. It is included in your production price. Ashia Keyz Studios schedules the photoshoot, and all actors cast in the production must attend. Missing the scheduled photoshoot may delay production.

Availability

Consultations are held virtually on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time. Story-to-Screen Consultations are 20 minutes.

Confidentiality & NDA

Ashia Keyz Studios respects the confidentiality of submitted creative ideas. Before confidential story materials are reviewed as part of a consultation, both parties sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

You sign first, then an authorized representative of Ashia Keyz Studios countersigns. You'll receive a copy of the signed agreement for your records.

An NDA is a legal agreement. You're welcome to seek independent legal advice about its terms.

Until the NDA is signed, please share only a non-confidential overview of your project. The full agreement text is being finalized with legal counsel.

What we collect

When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, contact information, and information about your project or brand.

How we use it

We use it only to respond to you, schedule and hold your consultation, and evaluate whether your project is a fit. We don't sell your information.
